Yes, with one stated exception: transportation, which depends on where your venue is and is quoted separately before you confirm. Everything listed in your package is included in the package price.
It varies by location, so we quote it once we know the venue. You will always see the figure in writing before you are asked to confirm anything - it is never added afterwards.
Silver, Gold and Premium are built for up to 30 children. If you are expecting more than that, or a mixed adult and child guest list, ask us about Platinum, which is scaled and quoted per event.
Rental duration is listed on each package: Basic covers an 8-hour rental, Silver and Gold 2 hours, Premium 3 hours, and Platinum is agreed with you. Setup and dismantling are handled by our crew either side of that.
Gold includes any 2 stations and Premium any 4, chosen from popcorn, hot dogs, cotton candy, ice cream and slush - slush is available on Premium and above. Attendants for each station are part of the package.
You describe your event in plain language and we send back concepts, a colour palette and a rough floor plan within 48 hours. Every concept is reviewed by one of our designers before it reaches you, and it costs nothing.
The sooner the better for weekend dates, which go first. If your date is very close, send the form anyway and call us - we hold crew and stock in reserve for exactly this.
Yes. Every booking gets a reference code, and you can follow its progress - confirmed, scheduled, crew assigned, completed - from your account or the tracking page, without emailing anyone to ask.
