Fifteen years in large-format production. Started Mersibo after one too many events where the supplier list was longer than the run-sheet.
About us
Mersibo Technologies LLC started in 2016 with two people and a van, hiring in every item from somebody else. What changed the company was the decision to stop: to buy the stock, open the workshop, put the crew on the payroll and be answerable for the whole event rather than for the parts we had booked.

What we hold to
Every number we publish is a number you can hold us to. Transportation is the single cost quoted separately, and you see it in writing before you confirm - never afterwards.
Stock, vehicles, workshop and crew are ours. That is what lets us promise a date and keep it, and it is why a problem on the day is ours to fix rather than ours to chase.
You should never have to ask where something is. Every booking has a reference and a tracking page, and silence from us means everything is on plan.
The venue goes back better than we found it, and as much of the set as possible returns to the warehouse for the next event rather than to a skip.
The story so far
Every milestone below started as a complaint - usually ours, occasionally a client's, always about not knowing what was going on.
2016
The first event was a 30-child birthday, with every item hired in from three different suppliers. It ran 40 minutes late because one of them did.
2018
Bought the first warehouse unit and the stock to fill it. From that point on, a date we confirmed was a date we controlled.
2021
Print, cut and paint brought in house. Custom backdrops stopped being a six-week lead time and became a five-day one.
2023
A five-day production across two cities: 61 vendor deliveries, our crew on site throughout, not a single missed cue.
2026
Concepts from a sentence, reviewed by our designers, open to every client. Describe the party and see it before you book it.
Who you will deal with
Every booking gets a named producer. You will have their direct line before you have paid a deposit.

Head of Design
Architect by training. Treats a ballroom the way he used to treat a floor plate - light, flow and sightlines first, decoration last.
Head of Workshop
Runs fabrication: print, cut, paint and finish. If it is on one of our sets, it either came off her bench or passed her inspection.
Head of Operations
Owns the warehouse, the fleet and the crew roster. Has never once been late to a load-in, and will tell you so.
Our capability
None of this is bought in on the day. It is ours, it is maintained, and it is the reason we can commit to a date and keep it.
Nothing is sub-hired.
Backdrops, staging, soft play, furniture, food-station carts and lighting all live in our own store. When we say a date is available, it is our stock and our crew - not a phone call to somebody else who might say no.
Built, not bought.
Our workshop cuts, prints and paints the sets we install. A backdrop nobody else has is a drawing on Monday and a delivery on Friday, and the tooling stays with us for the next one.
The same faces every time.
Hosts, entertainers, mascot performers, face painters, riggers and station attendants are trained and briefed by us. They know the kit because it is the kit they work with every week.
Load-in to strike.
Our own vehicles, our own load plans and a delivery window we commit to in writing. Transportation is quoted by venue before you confirm, so distance is never a surprise line on an invoice.
Thirty children, or three thousand.
The published packages cover family celebrations. Beyond them we produce launches, festivals and multi-day builds from the same warehouse, with method statements and risk assessments as standard.
Describe it. See it.
Tell us the party you can picture, in your own words. You get concepts, a palette and a rough floor plan back - reviewed by one of our designers - before you commit to anything.
Say hello
The events we are proudest of all started with a client saying "this is probably impossible".
